Takes forever to start, freezes, or fans running loud. We find what is slowing it down and clear it out.
Most computer trouble is not a broken machine. It is an update that went wrong, a program that keeps opening, a password nobody remembers, or a printer that stopped talking to the computer. Those are things I can usually sort out in your home, while you sit next to me.

What I can fix
Pop-ups and warnings
Strange messages, a phone number on the screen, or a browser that keeps changing. We look at it together and clean it up.
Updates that went wrong
A computer stuck on an update, a program that stopped working after one, or settings that changed on their own.
Wi-Fi and internet
The computer will not connect, drops out in certain rooms, or the internet works on the phone but not the computer.
Printers and scanners
Get a printer connected again, install it on a new computer, or make scanning work.
Email and passwords
Locked out, forgot a password, or email stopped working. We get you back in and write down what you need to keep.
Files and photos
Find files that seem to be missing, move everything to a new computer, or put photos where you can find them.
