The camera or microphone will not work on a video call, or the sound is gone. We check the settings first.

Out of space and cannot save anything. We sort what to keep and clear what you do not need.

Locked out of the laptop or an account. We work through getting back in.

I will look at it and tell you honestly if it needs a repair shop, before anything is ordered.
