Phones and tablets
Set up a new phone, make the text bigger, find photos, use video calls, and keep the apps that matter.
If you are an older adult, you can call me yourself. If you are a son or daughter, you can book for your parent and be there or not. Either way, I come to the home and work at the pace that fits.
I start with the question in front of us. How do I see my grandchildren's pictures? Why did the TV stop working? Is this text real? Then we go one step at a time, and I answer as many questions as it takes.
What I help with
Video calls with family
Get FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom working so you can see the family.
Scam calls and strange texts
Look at a message or pop-up together and decide what to do. If something went wrong, we work through it.
Computers
A slow computer, a new laptop, email, passwords, and files you cannot find.
TV and streaming
Connect a smart TV, set up streaming apps, sort out the remote and the sound.
Wi-Fi and printers
Fix an internet connection that keeps dropping and get the printer working again.

Can my son or daughter set this up for me?
Yes. A family member can book, and you can have them there or not.
I am not good with technology. Is that a problem?
No. That is who I help. You do not need to know the name of the problem.
Can you help with a phone call from someone I do not trust?
Yes. We can look at the call, text or email together and work out the next step.
Do I have to come to you?
No. I come to your home in Baltimore and Pikesville.
